My 8-year-old daughter has type 1 diabetes. She has consistently taken aloe vera orally. Along with aloe vera helping her gut health, I have noticed a more stable blood glucose number.
How I Drink Aloe Vera Juice
I add about 1 tablespoon of aloe vera juice to a smoothie before I blend it. You don’t taste it at all! This is how I sneak it into my kid’s diets, also!
I began giving my oldest daughter aloe vera juice daily when she started complaining of stomach aches and constipation. It has been about a year since this began and her stomach aches are all but gone! I believe aloe vera juice helped reduce them along with some other life changes including adding daily beef liver and magnesium to her diet.
I drink aloe vera juice at least 3 times a week. I used to drink it daily and didn’t have any issues but have read that if you drink too much it may cause diarrhea and a stomach ache. You will want to look into this or ask your doctor before drinking it daily if you are concerned.
